Brushing Twice Daily Keeps your Teeth Healthy and Strong
Step 1: The Brush is held with the bristles at a 45-degree angle to the tooth surface. Make certain that the bristles are at the gum line.
Step 2: Start Brushing in a back and forth motion.
Step 3: The upper teeth are brushed in a downward motion, and the lower teeth in an upward motion.
